Solar Water Heating System
Evacuated Tube Collectors can be used in both closed or open-loop configuration, although we advise
the use of a closed loop system wherever possible as this will prevent corrosion or scale build up in
the collector manifold. Using a closed system will therefore extend the life of the collector considerably.
We offer to our OEM customers evacuated Tube Collectors. Let our engineering assist you in the
optical and thermal design so you will get a tailor made product. We are sure that our expertise in
design and production will be beneficial for you. A wide variety of options including heat pipe and
U type heat pipe technology are available.
Working Principle
Split Solar Water Heating System use electric pumps, valves, and controllers to circulate water
or other heat-transfer fluids through the collectors. They are usually more expensive than compact
solar water heater. Split solar water heating system are generally easier to retrofit than compact solar
water heater because their storage tanks do not need to be installed above or close to the collectors
Heat Pipe Collectors
The heat pipe series solar collector are always connected with existing heating supply device.
The selective coating on the inner cover of the evacuated tubes converts solar energy into heat
energy and transfers heat to the heat pipes by aluminium fins. The liquid in the heat pipe changes
into vapour which rises to the condenser. The heat then passes through the heat exchanger and
the vapour becomes liquid, returning to the base of the heat pipe. The heat conducts to the heat
transfer liquid (anti-freezing liquid or water) via a copper pipe. This transference of heat into the
liquid creates a continuous circulation as long as the collector is heated by the sun.
Feature:
